    What is the MLS?

    The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a local database that promotes residential or commercial properties for sale to licensed real estate representatives.     How does the MLS bundle work?

    Once you sign-up for the MLS Package, the listing broker for your location will email you the extra documentation required by the MLS. The listing broker will note your residential or commercial property on your local MLS for 6 months and at that point the service is offered and there are no refunds.     Can I upgrade my current FSBO.com bundle to the MLS plan?

    Yes, you may upgrade to the MLS package. FSBO.com does not keep any charge card details on file. For this factor, you will require to either upgrade online by logging in to your account.
